1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Sconsett workspace or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
2. Your account & workspace
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, provisioning your employees, and ensuring all activity in your workspace complies with applicable laws including RERA and TRAI regulations.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use Sconsett to send unsolicited messages outside the bounds permitted by WhatsApp Business Policy and DLT regulations, scrape competitor data unlawfully, or upload content you do not have the right to process.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed per active user per month, in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Invoices include applicable GST.
5. Free trial
New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start. Conversion to a paid plan requires a valid payment method.
6. Data ownership
You own all data you upload or generate inside Sconsett. We act as a data processor on your behalf. On termination, your data is exported and deleted per our retention policy.
7. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48h in advance. Incidents are posted on status.sconsett.com.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sconsett's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice and an opportunity to cure. We may suspend immediately for security or abuse incidents.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
